Ragam Customer.. Sabar....

I just dropped satu order from this customer. So disappointed with her la sebab langsung tak nak bekerjasama in order to give instruction untuk deliver apam ke rumah dia. If i know she will act like this, baik i refund the RM10 and ask her to pick up sendiri dekat rumah i Kota Damansara.

Tak tahu nak cakap ape lagi. Dah la kita charge murah for delivery. You guys imagine i only charge RM10 untuk perjalanan pergi balik 60km. Berbaloi tak? If u ask other online shop mesti diorang charge paling kurang pun RM20 sebab its not about duit minyak je, it's about time and effort tau.

So berbalik pada customer ni, dia order apam last week friday (22/6/2012). Mula-mula kerjasama sangatlah bagus, bayar pun full amount before delivery date (26/6/2012). Then mula-mula i decide to buat apam tu on Monday (25/6/2012) and keep it for 1 day before hantar esoknya. Sebab i ni baik sangat, i cakap dekat dia, i decide nak buat the same date of delivery and hantar lewat sikit that day to keep the freshness la kononnya.

She said ok. And lagi satu sebab i ni baik sangat, i cakaplah, sebab dah lewat better i hantar terus ke rumah you instead of jumpa dekat this one LRT Station. Dia cakap ok. Then dia bagi alamat rumah. After dia bagi address start la the question answer part yang bagi i sepatutnya dia bagi kerjasama dan memudahkan kerja i juga mencari rumah dia. 1st sms i hantar, i asked her, is it her house near the LRT Station. The reply is acceptable which is "Sebelah highway lrt. kene search gps". Ok. Then i search Google Maps sebab i tak kaya, so i takde GPS. Then i quite confuse with the jalan masuk ke "KONDO" dia tu, i sms her again. "Masuk dari mana? Dah search and macam boleh agak dekat mana. cuma nak tahu masuk dari mana". Then "NO REPLY" from her until the next day which is this morning (26/6/2012). 

I sms her again untuk tanya dia dapat ke tak sms i semalam. It takes 2 hours for her to reply and again dia jawab "ok, search 1 petaling condo. condo saya belakang tu betul2.". This time i was pissed like hell. Ko ingat ni main search search ke????

Twice i tanya jalan masuk ke rumah dia from which road, and twice jugak dia reply with perkataan yg sangat bagi i annoying iaitu "SEARCH". Dia ingat i ni GPS bergerak? Dia ingat i pernah kerja Posmen ke sebelum ni? Pleaselah, i was like merah muka and darah naik kepala terus. I reply her sms. I said,  "Kedudukan kondo tu saya dah tahu. saya nak tanya secara verbal jalan masuk ke rumah awk. masuk melalui LRT ke? kalau suruh saya search je susah la sebab saya perlukan penerangan. GPS tak leh bagi penerangan"

Orang kepala gila reply sms. See? I kalau marah and pissed memang macam ni. Again, dia tak reply until 1 hour lepas tu i was like "OK Fine! I will not layan this not so cooperative fella." I sms her, i told her "order cancel.  i will refund the full balance". and i also told her "mintak direction nak masuk ke "KONDO" pun susah. Kekwat sangat." See? Orang kepala gila tulis SMS, siap ada perkataan kekwat. Hahaha....

Then 3 hours later dia reply SMS with fully english language.. "Its ok. here is my maybank account number. xxxxxxxxx. thanks you for your kind words and professional service. May Allah lead you to succeed in your business. Salam"

I tak terkejut dia akan reply, but ayat dia tu, macam balik ke muka dia je. For my opinion, before you cakap ayat macam tu dekat i, you kaji dulu macam mana i boleh keluarkan ayat macam tu? And i cuma berminat nak deal dengan customer yang cooperative and reply SMS/E-mail prompt. I tak suka orang yang i kene tunggu 3 hours for you to reply 1 SMS/E-mail. Sebab for me, business is about prompt reply. If you tak reply cepat, the business will gone! Am i right?

Another thing, i bukan nak meroyan dalam blog i ni. Just said, i dah business lebih dari setahun. Macam-macam ragam customer i pernah jumpa. But, customer macam you ni memang first time la. Nak mintak direction pergi rumah you pun susah you nak explain. Ke you tak reti nak explain sebab you tak drive? At least inform or reply me with convincing reply la. Bukan "search je"... Please la. itu ke you kata Professional? I ada banyak benda lagi nak buat selain layan customer macam you. baik i balik rumah masak untuk husband i, kemas rumah i, and buat order customer i yang lain.

Semoga hilangnya 1 customer ni, bertambahlah rezeki yang lain. Amin!

  1. customer mcm ni pon ada ka? nampak sgt mcm dia xnak sebenarnyer yg dia order tu kan? kalau x mesti excited nak reply sms.

  2. tu la diana... tapi yang peliknya dia dah bayar full amount. susahlah.. last2 kita kene balik, dikatanya kita tak professional. walaupun dalam ayat tak, but kita faham la, metafora. hehehe...
